Depression is crippling. It hinders us from pressing forward, finding victory and becoming all that we are called to be. Usually depression sneaks up on us over periods of time. Many are the afflictions of depression. So what are the root causes of depression. One is sin. Sin is like a wide broad path that leads us into seasons of depression. One doesn't see it coming until it has arrived. Now multiply that depression with a room filled with people that are struggling and that have lost hope. Yes, that have lost hope, even faith, even trust, and especially confidence.
God's river is not a river of depression, nor does it produce such fruits.

The Harzards Of Noise
Have you ever noticed how the noise of life can hinder you, rob you of God's peace and rather than the storms of life being calmed, it's as if the noise of life sounds loudly? Life can be challenging and the worries of life can ring loud. Let me encourage you to let go and let God. To simply lay all your burdens down before the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to bring freedom, silence and stillness to you. Take time and make time to worship God, to lift your heart and voice up to the Lord and experience God love and the Kingdom raining down upon you.
